"That's what happens when you play against a team that played as well as they did." Sacramento is 12-9 as the host this season. In other team news, Kevin Martin is averaging 14.0 ppg, 3.8 rpg and 3.2 apg in the last six games since returning to the lineup. The Warriors have lost two of three and five of their last seven games, including Saturday's 112-103 setback at Phoenix in the opener of a quick homestand at US Airways Center. Corey Maggette poured in 27 points and rookie Stephen Curry tallied 25 for Golden State, which failed to build on a 111-79 home win over New Jersey on Friday and dropped to 4-18 on the road. Anthony Tolliver had 19 points and 11 rebounds, both career highs, in a losing effort. "Our team, we're just trying to play through all the turmoil that we have going on," Maggette said. "Guys are banged up, our star player is down with a bad ankle. We fought, but it was a winnable game. I think we just ran out of gas and they were really resting their guys." Golden State played without leading scorer Monta Ellis, who was out with a sprained ankle. Ellis is averaging 26.1 points per game and is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game against Sacramento. The Warriors and Kings have split a pair of matchups already this season, while Golden State has won seven of the past 11 meetings in the series. These two teams have split the last six meetings in California's capital.
