Boyd's backhander in front opened the scoring just 3:45 into the contest, and Gagner tied the game on the power play at the 12:25 mark. Calgary retook the lead just 55 seconds later on Bourque's tally, and the Flames essentially sealed the win with three second-period goals. Boyd took advantage of an ugly Edmonton turnover deep in its own zone, netting his eight goal of the year 6:48 into the middle stanza. Phaneuf's one-timer made it 4-1 less than a minute later, and Iginla capped the scoring on a power-play goal with 4:47 remaining in the second and a rebound stuff midway through the third. Kiprusoff flashed the glove on a streaking Andrew Cogliano five minutes into the third, one of his nine saves in the final stanza to polish off the win. Game Notes The Flames have won seven in a row overall in this rivalry...Edmonton's Sheldon Souray left the game in the third period following a fight with Iginla, who also had two assists in the victory.
