Martin on Sunday.
Martin, an eight-year veteran, has appeared in 101 games with Miami and Green
Bay. He has totaled 152 catches for 1,519 yards and 14 touchdowns.
In other roster moves, the team claimed guard Kraig Urbik off waivers from
Pittsburgh and released defensive back Dominique Harris and tight end J.P.
Foschi.
Foschi spent last season with the Bengals and over 15 games (10 starts) he had
27 catches for 260 yards and two scores.
Buffalo also added running back Joique Bell, fullback Rodney Ferguson, wide
receiver Naaman Roosevelt and tackle Jason Watkins to the practice squad on
Sunday.
